Whenever I’d get to a point where all the training and the hours put in would come to a weekend for proof, I always went back to the notes I took post workout at my desk; the comments I’d post on .com; the food I’d prepare for days based on events; review the training I’ve done…to see in fact if I have deservedly put the time in and 100% committed to the goal - if you can honestly say that you’ve put it all towards what you really want, then there is no one, no one, that can take the experience from you, full effort = full victory.
